An Act respecting certain measures related to COVID-19. Royal assent February 4, 2022 (S.C. 2022, c. 2). Authorizes the federal government to spend an additional $2.5 billion on COVID-19 measures during the Omicron wave: principally rapid-antigen-test procurement for the provinces and territories (under a federal-provincial cost-sharing arrangement). Sponsored by Jean-Yves Duclos as Minister of Health. The vote was 207-0 in the Commons (Conservatives abstained on third reading rather than oppose).
