An Act to amend the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Act (supply management)
Reintroduces supply-management trade-protection language at the federal level. Locks in a statutory floor preventing federal trade negotiators from making concessions on Canada's supply-managed sectors (dairy, eggs, poultry) in any future trade agreement. Builds on the 44th Parliament's C-282.
