Amends the Food and Drugs Act to ban marketing of certain foods and beverages directed at children, especially those high in sugar, sodium, or saturated fat. Inspired by Quebec's existing Consumer Protection Act restrictions on advertising to children under 13. Passed third reading in the House of Commons.
