An Act to amend the Corrections and Conditional Release Act (disclosure of information to victims)
Amends the Corrections and Conditional Release Act so the Parole Board must disclose to a registered victim the reasons for any decision to grant temporary absence, work release, parole, or statutory release to a violent offender.
