C-378Government of Canada
An Act amending the Canada Labour Code (complaints by former employees)
Amends the Canada Labour Code so former federal employees can file harassment-and-violence complaints under Part II for incidents that occurred during their employment. Today the complainant must still be a current employee, which can block claims that surface after departure.
