Fall Economic Statement Implementation Act, 2023. Royal assent June 20, 2024 (S.C. 2024, c. 15). Implements the November 2023 Fall Economic Statement, including: GST/HST removal from psychotherapy and counselling-therapy services, the digital-services tax (3% on revenue from large digital platforms operating in Canada), Canada Recovery Dividend reforms, expanded GST rental rebate criteria, and the federal Housing Accelerator Fund framework.
