An Act respecting a national framework on sports betting advertising
Establishes a national framework on sports-betting advertising. Restricts the use of celebrity endorsers, limits ad volume during live sports broadcasts, and requires gambling-harm disclosures, in response to a sharp rise in online sports betting since single-event betting was legalized in 2021.
