Declares the Chignecto Isthmus Dykeland System and related works to be works for the general advantage of Canada under section 92(10)(c) of the Constitution Act, 1867, allowing federal funding to flow directly. The dykeland system separates the Bay of Fundy from the only land link between Nova Scotia and the rest of Canada (Highway 104).
