An Act to amend the Criminal Code and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (trafficking in human organs)
Amends the Criminal Code and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act to create a specific offence for Canadians who travel abroad to receive a transplanted organ obtained through trafficking. Also lets the federal government deny entry to anyone connected to organ trafficking.
