Doug Ford is the 26th Premier of Ontario (since June 29, 2018) and Leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario. He sits in the Legislative Assembly for Etobicoke North. Won three consecutive majority governments (2018, 2022, 2025) for the Ontario PCs. Before provincial politics he was a Toronto city councillor (2010-2014) for Ward 2 Etobicoke North while his brother Rob Ford was Mayor of Toronto. His government's signature legislation has included the Strong Mayors Act expansion, multiple housing-supply bills (Bill 23, 134, 250), and Bill 5 (Ring of Fire mining acceleration) currently under First Nations court challenge.
